• Friends and Invites: When you use social multiplayer features, we may receive eligible friends information, invitation information and invitation status so that you can view and invite friends to multiplayer experiences.
• Deep Linking Information: When Nexus Arcade is opened through a supported Meta invitation or destination link, we may receive destination information used to route you to the appropriate area, game or multiplayer experience within the application.
• Multiplayer Information: We may process player identifiers, lobby identifiers, room information, session identifiers, connection status and gameplay session information required to provide online multiplayer functionality.
• Leaderboard Information: If you participate in leaderboards, we may process and store your Meta User ID, display name, avatar information where available, scores, rankings and related gameplay progress.
• In-App Purchase Information: When you purchase downloadable content, virtual items or other in-app content, we may receive purchase confirmation and entitlement information from Meta. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Technical and Diagnostic Information: We may process technical information such as device type, operating system version, connection information, crash information, error logs and application performance data where necessary to operate and improve Nexus Arcade.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To Authenticate Users: We use Meta account information to identify users and provide access to supported Nexus Arcade features.
• To Provide Multiplayer Services: We use player, room, lobby and session information to provide multiplayer gameplay and online interaction.
• To Display Player Identity: We use usernames, display names and avatar information to identify players within the application.
• To Operate Leaderboards: We use player identifiers, names, scores and rankings to provide leaderboard functionality.
• To Enable Friends and Invites: We use eligible friends and invite information to allow users to find and invite friends to supported multiplayer experiences.
• To Support Deep Linking: We use destination information to route users to the appropriate area, lobby or experience within Nexus Arcade.
• To Validate Purchases: We use purchase and entitlement information to confirm access to purchased content.
• To Improve Security and Performance: We may use technical information to prevent misuse, investigate faults, improve stability and maintain application security.
• To Provide Support: We may use information you provide when contacting us to respond to enquiries and resolve technical issues.

4. Sharing Your Information

• Meta Platforms Technologies: Meta provides platform services including authentication, user identity, profile information, avatars, friends, invites, deep linking, leaderboards, entitlements and in-app purchase functionality.
• Photon Engine / Exit Games GmbH: Photon is used to provide multiplayer networking, lobby management, room management, session connectivity and related online game services. Our Photon application is configured to use the European region where applicable.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, court order or lawful request from a public authority.
• Business Transfers: If Nexus Arcade or its operating business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Nexus Arcade, operate multiplayer features, maintain leaderboards, validate entitlements, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
