A clear guide to creator tiers, tester eligibility, session attendance and monthly payouts.
Testers must be 13+
Tiers use the latest 10 posts
$10 minimum payout
Paid testers must be at least 13 years old. Testers aged 13–17 must confirm that a parent or legal guardian has approved their participation, payment and submission of gameplay recordings. This confirmation records the tester’s attestation but does not replace any local child-employment permit, working-hours restriction, safeguarding requirement or performance licence that may apply. Nexus Arcade may request supporting evidence or pause participation until those requirements are satisfied.
Tier increases can apply immediately. If a tier is lowered, the current calendar month keeps its existing rate and the lower tier starts on the 1st of the next month.

Session payments
Single, multiplayer and colocation sessions pay $10 per participant after attendance and the required session submission have been approved. A colocation host receives an additional $15 facilitation bonus. Colocation submissions must show all four participants.
Booking responsibility
Confirm, cancel or attend
Claims must be confirmed within 24 hours or they are released to the waitlist. Cancelling more than two hours before a scheduled session has no penalty. A no-show blocks multiplayer and colocation claims until an administrator lifts the block; single sessions remain available.
Session evidence and feedback must be submitted through the feedback form on the dashboard. Google Drive sharing must be set to “Anyone with the link”. Approved posts, bonuses, session payments and facilitation bonuses are combined in one monthly PayPal payout. The minimum payout is $10 and smaller balances roll forward.
